Ceramic Portfolio

My pieces are one of a kind. They reflect my memories and experiences.

My portfolio has evolved from “all over the place” to pieces where I explore my memories, forms and textures.

Although I am fascinated by the glazing process, I am less interested in glazing my pieces but rather curious to explore what clay can offer.

There’s something magical about the surface of clay that really attracts me. I believe is the fact that offers multiple possibilities: it can be smooth, rough, can carry textures and colors. Or can be simply clay.

The more I practice, the more I think about sustainable ways to continue my practice. It requires a lot of thinking and, sometimes, giving up to my own curiosity. It has been a world of exploration.
